Eating fresh fish is one of my desires because its freshness gives me a satisfying meal. I really love eating sea foods and knowing how to catch it is really awesome. These is very heavy and totally different an other.

Eating fish is important to our body and brain because it has omega-3 fatty acids. Fish are more delicious than red meats. I enjoy eating it, especially when it's fresh. Me and my mom usually go to the market every morning to buy some fresh fish, we love eating it with her special sweet and sour sauce or steam eat and put some mayonnaise and boiled egg on it. That's a very big and heavy fish! Good luck with your competition!

I always wanted to prepare fresh fish for the meal. That's why I wanted to make sure that I will buy fresh fish in the market. When you cooked fresh fish from the market, it sure has this fresh taste and it's really tasty. Also, you can compare a big difference when the fish is not fresh anymore. Fishes are essential in our body, i provides nutrients and enough minerals in our body. I've been watching this contest since Week 1. This contest never fails me to amaze on the fishes they've caught. By next time, I will make sure that I will be one of the contestants in this contest. I just want to congratulate these winners for this week. I'm very excited for week 11.
